Justine Grey became interested in the Law when working for the Crown Prosecution Service in London on her OE many years ago. Justine has built a career covering a multitude of disciplines within the law with a special interest in property, commercial and trust law.
Its not just about the Black Letter Law its about building relationships with business colleagues and clients and getting to know their business. This makes an effective team and provides a better outcome for everyone.
Aside from managing clients, property sales and purchases, Justine has worked with clients completing local subdivisions, advising on construction contracts, retirement villages, bringing solutions to matrimonial breakups, advising businesses on terms of trade, leases, employment agreements and helping her clients through the processes of buying and selling businesses.
Married with three adult children, Justine understands the demands of the modern world and the part technology plays but with the ultimate belief that client’s still like that ‘personal touch’ someone who is interested in them and what they are doing. Justine calls Rangiora home after being raised in Christchurch and Rangiora. With Justine’s background, and general life experience she can work on many levels.
You guessed it – the surname similarity is more than a coincidence. Simon is Justine’s husband for 25 plus years. The couple have worked many times alongside each other and together build a great team.
Simon has worked within many industries, from manufacturing to outdoor adventure and for the latter part building Ashley Law and now Law4You.
Simon is the teams’ ‘go-to’ man. He also has responsibility for the firm’s trust account, client database information, administration management and making sure the general nuts and bolts of the business function.
Simon is a keen watcher of car racing who enjoys relaxing with family and friends.
He also enjoys the outdoors from sea kayaking to tramping and getting away on the family annual camp to Tasman Bay.

Diane is our trusted legal executive who has a great hands-on knowledge of our client’s.
Diane's law career first started about 20 years ago when living in the UK. Her experience includes several other administrative positions. Diane and her family immigrated to NZ in 2002 and she now considers herself a proud Cantabrian and enjoys living in Rangiora.
Having 5 years previous legal experience with Ashley Law, Diane now brings her skills to Law4You. Diane assists Justine with practical, day-to-day legal tasks and is likely to be one of the first at the team you will have contact with on your legal journey. Diane has completed her Legal Executive Diploma course and is a Registered Legal Executive. She has an interest in Wills, Trusts, Estates and Conveyancing, and is enjoying furthering her career with the great team at Law4You.
When not at work, Diane enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. She enjoys family breaks, supporting her children in their sporting endeavours, and exploring the local Canterbury area.

Shona is our front-line legal assistant. Shona has over 12 years experience working in law firms both in Rangiora and Christchurch before being part of the team at Law4You. She is able to establish client’s needs quickly, with empathy and in a helpful, friendly way. Shona is a very dedicated member of the team, always looking at ways to improve our systems and ensuring our clients receive the best we can offer.
A Mother of two teenagers at local Rangiora schools, Shona is also a lover of cats with an ‘ebony and ivory’ mix with one pure black black (Missy) and the other pure white (Spring).
Moving to North Canterbury in 2010, Shona loves living the North Canterbury relaxed lifestyle, surrounded with beaches, farmland and mountains. She spends her free time with her family and friends and is dedicated to raising her family.
